Bio-One did an exceptional job with an unfortunate situation and unexpected death. The team which included Christian, Gabe and Jules went above and beyond with the clean up and professionalism with the situation. We needed to get a home cleaned after a lot of blood was spilled because of an in-home accident. This company came recommended by the local county sheriff’s department, they use them when it’s needed on their end. The customer service was personal, very kind and so helpful. They helped us deal with the insurance company (which we didn’t even know we could approach for reimbursement), got someone there right away and took off our shoulders what was (for us) an incredibly upsetting and foreign experience. And all of this while we were thousands of miles away trying to deal with our injured parent’s stay in the hospital during a severe Covid outbreak. We highly recommend this company.

"I wanted to share with anyone who is interested in working with a reputable, reliable, exceedingly professional and affordable decontamination company that Bio-One Scottsdale is a fantastic organization with which to do business. Recently my wife and I purchased a home in the North Valley that had been occupied by owners with two large pitbull's that had saturated the small backyard in both urine and feces. After consulting with Chris of Bio-One he thoroughly explained the process that his company utilizes to address situation such as mine, made professional recommendations to help save me cost, and was exceptionally communicative and flexible in working around my schedule. Prior to the day of service I had a landscaping company assist with gutting the backyard of all vegetation in preparation for the visit from Bio-One. Unfortunately the landscaping company had failed to remove vines that had overgrown into a neighbors property at the time that the vines were being excavated. When Chris arrived at my home to perform the service I had not yet arrived and he was confronted by my neighbor who was concerned about the vines on their side of the wall that had not been removed. Chris took it upon himself to remove the vines with my assistance once I arrived and went above and beyond when he bagged up the debris and placed it in my backyard for easy removal. He did all of this while still performing an excellent service to decontaminate and deodorize the soil in our new backyard. Chris and Bio-One now have a customer for life and one who will go to bat on their behalf as an excellent service provider who goes above and beyond for their customers. Simply exceptional."

Having to call a business to handle a bio situation is overwhelming but I am so very grateful for Bio-One for not only talking to me and walking me through a stressful process but taking the time to connect with me as a person.
